Application Process

Application Process

Step 1: Browse our website, and inquire with any questions.

The best way to understand Bowman’s philosophy and culture is to read the website and write down any questions you may have. Bowman is currently updating its website so feel free to email or call if you need more information.

Step 2: Schedule a Tour.

We conduct tours on Wednesday mornings in November, December, and January. Tours are approximately one hour in length and are for adults only. During the tour, we will show you our campus, observe classrooms, and have a Q and A session with our Head of School.

Step 3: Fill out our online application.

Complete your application online along with your $125 non-refundable application fee. (Please do this after you have toured the school!) We have rolling admissions so please email or call to confirm that we have space. A link to the online application will be provided soon.

Step 4: Schedule a “shadow” visit.

One of the best ways for your child to experience Bowman International School is to have them visit the school and spend a day in the classroom, getting to know Bowman and interacting with peers and teachers. Juniors will visit for two half-days and Lower Elementary through Middle School will visit for two full days. Please pack your child a lunch and a snack. A current Bowman student will host each visitor so that he/she may feel more comfortable in a new environment.

Step 5: Schedule a parent interview with the Admissions Director.

After your child has visited our campus, we will invite you to a meeting with our Admissions Director, Gaggan Bhella, to discuss any additional questions you may have about our program. This meeting is also a chance for us to ask you questions that will help us get to know your family better as well as your needs and goals for the coming year.

Bowman does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our community.
